Hilary Duff Brings Christmas Cheer to a Canadian Children's Hospital
Bringing the hope and goodness of the holidays across the border, Hilary Duff went to a Toronto children's hospital in order to spread gifts and happiness.
The 26-year-old posed with dozens of beautiful smiling children staying at Sick Kids Hospital, all of whom were more than happy to visit with the former "Lizzy McGuire" beauty.
Hilary offered handfuls of gifts, and she posed and held the children close to her, and each child received a Christmas toy, along with sets of Duracell batteries.
Duff went along with the Arts Women's Chorus to sing Christmas songs for the kids, and the event was sponsored by both Sick Kids Hospital and Duracell.
