Love was certainly in the air in 2013 as a plethora of our favorite celebrities made it official by accepting marriage proposals from their partners.

Everyone from Kim Kardashian and Kanye West to Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis decided it was time to take their relationships to the next level with a trip down the aisle.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West:
On June 15th they welcomed their daughter North West into the world, and now Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are engaged to be married.

According to E!, the “Jesus Walks” rapper rented out AT&T Park in San Francisco, California on October 21 for Kim’s 33rd birthday, popping the question to his “Disaster Movie” dame in front of their friends and family members.

New reports state that Kimye is looking to host their big day at the Palace of Versailles in France.

Hayden Panettiere and Wladimir Klitschko:
During her interview on “Live with Kelly & Michael,” Hayden admitted that she had accepted a marriage proposal from her longtime love Wladimir Klitschko. Kelly Ripa asked, "I'm sort of distracted… but there's a very large diamond ring on your finger. not sure if you want to announce anything … does that signify anything, is that a promise of something?"

Panettiere replied, "I mean, I think it speaks for itself.” When Ripa flat-out asked Hayden if she was engaged, she declared, “I am!”

Scarlett Johansson and Romain Dauriac:
Scarlett Johansson recently accepted a marriage proposal from Romain Dauriac, who presented her with a massive art deco diamond ring. Johansson’s publicist Marcel Pariseau told press, "I can confirm that Scarlett and Romain are engaged. They haven't chosen a date for the wedding."

The couple dated for 10 months before their engagement.

Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis:
The 28 year-old actress' rep confirmed the news on January 13, with sources saying the SNL funnyman popped the question to his girlfriend after the holidays. Gushing about the news, Olivia took to her Twitter page, writing, "Thanks for all the sweet congratulatory love, friends! And may I compliment your savvy use of that nifty engagement ring emoticon."

The Hollywood pair began dating in November of 2011 and moved in with each other in 2012.

Ashley Tisdale and Christopher French:
According to reports, Ashley Tisdale and her musician beau, Christopher French got engaged on August 8 while on top of the Empire State Building in NYC. An insider explained, "It happened on the 103rd floor at the top of the Empire State Building,” adding, “It was totally romantic and Ashley’s over the moon, of course!”

Ashley and Christopher dated for eight months prior to the engagement, but explained that they had an instant connection. "It’s just natural between us. With other relationships, you’re trying too much and trying to make it work and then there’s just a moment when you find somebody and you’re like, ‘Holy s**t! This is so natural,'" Ashley explained. She's since told press that she would like a small wedding.

Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting:
According to the “Big Bang Theory” actress’ rep, Kaley accepted a marriage proposal from her tennis hunk Ryan Sweeting on September 26. An insider told press, "It's only been three months but she knows Ryan is the one. When you know, you know."

Following the romantic proposal, Kaley tweeted, "Flying high, I could literally touch the sky with you . . ." followed by an Instagram post with members of her family, “A sweet celebration w my sweet soul sisters.”

Naya Rivera and Big Sean:
After six blissful months of dating, "Glee" actress Naya Rivera and Big Sean took their relationship to the next level! On October 3, reports confirmed that they couple was officially engaged.

In an interview with Access Hollywood, Naya talked about how she and her main man met, explaining, “I had followed him and he sent me a little message like, ‘I’m a fan.’ I tweeted that I followed him, I was trying to get his attention. We went to dinner and the rest is history.”

Ciara and Future:
In October, Ciara accepted a marriage proposal from her boyfriend Future after confirming their relationship earlier in 2013. The rapper presented the beautiful singer with a 15-carat stunner at her 28th birthday party in New York City.

"The ring, which doubled as a special birthday gift, is a beautiful 15-carat emerald cut diamond designed by Avianne & Co," Ciara's spokesperson told the press.

Lauren Conrad and William Tell:
On the same weekend in October that her former "Laguna Beach" boyfriend Jason Wahler got married, Lauren Conrad accepted a proposal from her boyfriend William Tell. The former reality star shared a photo of her engagement ring and a Sydney Evan “Love” ring taking to her blog to write, "I am very excited to share with you guys that William and I got engaged over the weekend. I am beyond thrilled!"

William and Lauren started dating on Valentine's Day in 2012.

Kelly Rowland and Tim Witherspoon:
Former Destiny’s Child singer Kelly Rowland confirmed that she was engaged to beau Tim Witherspoon during her interview on "The Queen Latifah Show" in December.

The 32-year-old "X Factor" judge revealed that Witherspoon first asked for her hand in marriage while she was in Bulgaria without him, telling Latifah, "He asked me first on Skype," to which her initial response was, "We're so far away from each other." Rowland has not revealed whether or not Witherspoon proposed again once she returned to the States and he had the ring in hand.
