She's fresh out of inpatient mental health treatment and Amanda Bynes is already experiencing a good start to her 2014.
The former Nickelodeon star and prosecutors have come to a resolution regarding her criminal case in which she allegedly threw a bong out of her NYC apartment window.
With the evidentiary issues and the 27-year-old actress's well-documented treatment, law enforcement sources tell TMZ that tomorrow in court the charges will eventually be thrown out by Adjournment in Contemplation of Dismissal.
If Amanda stays out of trouble and continues therapy for the next six months, the charges will be formally dismissed and the case sealed.
With her legal woes wrapping up, Ms. Bynes hopes to get a fresh start with a whole new venture. She has just enrolled in the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising for the winter quarter.
