Carly Rae Jepsen and Owl-City have come under fire, as a judge has just ordered an $800,000 payment to singer Ally Burnett, who accused the duet of stealing the melody of "Good Time" from her.

Burnett sued Owl City and Carly, along with their label for copyright infringement in 2012, alleging that "Good Time" was a copy-cat of her song, "Ah, It's a Love Song."

Agreeing with her claims, the judge ordered BMI, which collects royalties for "Good Time," to pay Ally a fee of $804,156.

Listen to the songs below, and let us know if you really think "Good Time" truly copies "Ah, It's a Love Song."
