Less than 72 hours after the tragic death of Philip Seymour Hoffman, the New York Police Department has already arrested four people.

According to a report, the cops found 350 glassine bags in the “Master” actor’s Mott Street apartment, leading to the arrest of three men and one woman.

Prior to his demise on Sunday (February 2), Hoffman reportedly withdrew $1200 from an ATM over a series of six transactions, and he is thought to have used the cash to score heroin.

Meanwhile, Philip’s family has announced they’ll hold a funeral as well as a memorial service. His rep told press, “Plans are also underway for a memorial service later in the month also to be held in N.Y. in lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Phil’s name to two charities that were very close to his heart: The DreamYard Project and the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation. The family wishes to thank everyone for their continued support and good wishes.”
