Celebrating the achievements of some of Hollywood’s great talents, stars flocked to the 29th Santa Barbara International Film Festival Virtuosos Awards last night (February 4).

“That Awkward Moment” hunk Michael B. Jordan had a blast with Brie Larson and June Squibb at The Arlington Theatre in Santa Barbara while Karina Smirnoff hammed it up with Ralph Macchio.

Also in the house was “Dallas Buyers Club” star Jared Leto, who ended up arguing with a member of the audience during the shindig.

A heckler claimed, "Trans-misogyny does not deserve an award.” Jared fired back, "What do you mean by that?” The man continued, “You don't deserve an award for portraying a trans-woman, because you're a man."

Leto continued, "Because I'm a man, I don't deserve to play that part? So you would hold a role against someone who happened to be gay or lesbian – they can't play a straight part?"

"Then you've made sure people that are gay, people that aren't straight, people like the Rayons of the world would never have the opportunity to turn the tables and explore parts of that art,” he concluded as the audience applauded.
