Earlier today (March 4), Teresa and Joe Guidice pleaded guilty to multiple counts of fraud charges in a Newark Federal Court.

The “Real Housewives of New Jersey” stars face potential jail time as a result of their plea to U.S. District Judge Esther Salas. According to reports, Joe could spend 37 to 46 months in jail, while his wife faces a 21 to 27 month sentence. They will learn their fate in court on July 8.

"The couple will plead guilty to several but not all 41 of the charges, and both will appear in court on Tuesday with their lawyers," a source told Us Weekly.

Last summer, the pair was charged with several counts of fraud, which included illegal mortgages and hiding assets during a bankruptcy case. In addition, Joe was charged with failure to pay taxes for four consecutive years.

In total, the couple is accused of obtaining more than five million dollars in illegal funds from various loans.

Joe and Teresa are the parents to four daughters, Gia, 13, Gabriella, 9, Milania, 8, and Audriana, 4.
