U2 Delays Tour Dates and the Release of New Album
Fans of the iconic Irish rock band U2 will have to wait a bit longer for the release of the band's tour and new album.
U2, headlined by Bono, placed a tentative release date for their album during the summer of 2014, and their tour was scheduled to start this September.
However, U2 announced that they reset their tour date for summer 2015 so they can continue to work on the album in additional sessions with their producers Ryan Tedder and Paul Epworth.
A source close to the project released a statement saying, "It seems to be taking longer for them to finish an album as they get older, but the great thing about U2 is that the whole of a record is always better than the sum of its parts. That magic that the band always seems to capture...they have yet to capture it."
