Fighting against society’s double standard regarding male and female leadership, Beyoncé Knowles has teamed up with Jennifer Garner and Jane Lynch in a new PSA for the Girl Scouts of the USA.

The “Crazy in Love” songstress begins, “Girls are less interested in leadership than boys because they worry about being called ‘bossy.’ I’m not bossy- I’m the boss!”

Garner chimes in, “Being labeled something matters,” and Lynch adds, “I think the word 'bossy' is just a squasher.”

Finally, Sheryl Sandberg, Facebook COO declares, “We need to recognize the many ways we systematically discourage leadership in girls from a young age – and instead, we need to encourage them. So the next time you have the urge to call your little girl bossy? Take a deep breath and praise her leadership skills instead.”
