She received less-than-stellar reviews for her hosting gig on “Saturday Night Live” over the weekend, and it appears Lena Dunham's judgment was affected as a result.

The “Girls” actress responded to a fan who tweeted, “You don’t always have to get naked!” in reaction to Dunham’s SNL skit about Adam and Eve.

Lena wrote, “Please tell that to my uncle, mister. He’s been making me!” only to later delete the tweet when her followers protested the sentiment.

In defense of herself, Dunham declared, “I just made and deleted a not so great molestation joke. Sorry guys. I am really sleepy.”

She added, "SNL has a way bigger audience than our usual cozy girls audience, so I was seeing a rash of very different kinds of twitter rage. But I should know better, and do. Even naked girls get embarrassed. Sleep well and thanks for an amazing weekend."
