“Lincoln” Debuts Extended TV Spot: Watch Now!

It’s one of the most-buzzed-about movies of the season, and “Lincoln” has just released a new 2-minute television ad.

Titled “United,” the DreamWorks Pictures promo hit the airwaves during the 2012 Presidential Debate last night (October 3).

Per the synopsis, “Lincoln focuses on the 16th President’s tumultuous final months in office. In a nation divided by war and the strong winds of change, Lincoln pursues a course of action designed to end the war, unite the country and abolish slavery. With the moral
courage and fierce determination to succeed, his choices during this critical moment will change the fate of generations to come.”

Daniel Day-Lewis plays the title role, surrounded by a cast that includes Sally Field, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, James Spader, and Tommy Lee Jones.
