Bringing a sense of brutality to the stage, Daniel Craig began his hosting appearance on yesterday’s (October 6) episode of “Saturday Night Live” by remembering all of the evil characters he’s killed on-screen throughout the years.

Along with the dashing Bond actor unveiling his list of victims to the tune of “It’s a Wonderful World” by Louis Armstrong, the cold open of the show made a mockery of President Obama’s performance at Wednesday’s debate.

Searching for all the right answers, Obama was side-tracked by thoughts of his 20th wedding anniversary.

“I can’t believe I forgot the anniversary gift. This is bad,” Obama thinks to himself, via voiceover. “OK. I was distracted by the mess I inherited from Bush, but still, I should have remembered our anniversary.”

Another popular skit from the night was Big Bird’s Weekend Update, during which the friendly Sesame Street star discussed how Romney’s pledge from the debate to cut funding to PBS has impacted his life.

To top it off, Mr Craig welcomed musical guest performances by hit-sensation Muse, with renditions of “Panic Station” and “Madness.”
