Katy Perry Honored at The Dream Foundation Gala
Accepting an honor for her work with the organization, Katy Perry attended The Dream Foundation's 11th Annual Celebration of Dreams Gala at The Bacara Resort & Spa in Santa Barbara, California on Friday (November 16).
The "Firework" singer looked elegant in a pink and red floral print sleeveless Dolce & Gabana gown as she strutted her stuff on the red carpet.
Founded in 1993, the charity helps make dreams come true for adults facing life-threatening illness. According to the website, "Our dreamers have received a life expectancy of one year or less, and lack the resources to achieve their dreams on their own. While we cannot cure their diseases, we can dramatically impact the quality of their fragile lives with the joy experienced from a dream come true."
The 28-year-old pop star received the Founder's Humanitarian Award at the ceremony, along with "American Idol" producer Nigel Lythgoe.
