“Lincoln” Sets Critics’ Choice Movie Awards Record
It’s no secret that everyone loves the new Steven Spielberg flick “Lincoln,” and now it seems the Critics’ Choice Awards has lauded the film with a plethora of nominations.
According to a report, the Abraham Lincoln biopic has set a new record thanks to a total of 13 nods for the upcoming event, slated for January 10th.
But “Lincoln” isn’t the only film with an impressive number of chances at greatness, as “Les Miserables” has been nominated for 11 different trophies.
Furthermore, “Silver Linings Playbook” will compete in 10 categories, “Life of Pi” scored 9 nods, and “Argo,” “The Master,” and “Skyfall” all have seven shots to win.
