Florence + the Machine Frontwoman Breaks Up Mid-Concert Fight
Not afraid to take matters into her own hands, Florence Welch stopped midway through her concert to break up a fight between two fans.
On Sunday night, the Grammy-nominated band Florence + the Machine performed at the Exhibition and Conference Center in Aberdeen, Scotland. Halfway through a song, the brave frontwoman noticed two fans fighting in the crowd.
The red-haired Brit shouted, "I can't have a fight in front of me while I'm singing this song. No fighting allowed! I don't know what's happening but I would quite like it to stop. It doesn't matter whose fault it is. Excuse me, all of you, stop it. I'm sorry all of you if you're upset…Is she OK? Is she going to be all right?"
Then, the 26-year-old singer hopped offstage to give the girl a hug and asked her, "You all right, my love? You OK?" before returning on stage.
In a life lesson for all, she ended the incident by telling the crowd, "be good to each other." Check out the video of the peacemaker below.
