With her new movie "Struck By Lightning" set to hit theaters on January 11, Sarah Hyland pitched in on promotions by covering the December 2012 issue of Glamoholic.

The "Modern Family" star looked fabulous in Anakikka and Viento NYC for the Gabriel Goldberg shot front page while dishing about everything from her on-screen preferences to the upcoming award season.

Highlights from Miss Hyland's interview are as follows. For more, be sure to pay a visit to Glamoholic!

On her on-screen preference:
"That would be cool doing movies, but I love television. So I don’t know, but I don’t think anything could top 'Modern Family' for me."

On being a "Glamoholic":
"I would say that at times I am a Glamoholic, but I am definitely more laid back than glamorous. I think it's tiring to be Glamoholic. I think it takes a lot of effort, and sometimes I just want to be in jeans, which in a lot of people's minds is not glamorous. But, I am in a room right now that is very Glamoholic, like old school. I like the old school glamour, like old Hollywood."

On what to wear for award season:
"I have to start thinking about it, but I honestly don't know where to begin yet. It's a painful stressful process."
