Giving her followers something to smile about, Holly Madison posted a photo of her painted baby bump to her blog.
The “Girls Next Door” star, who is expecting her first child with her boyfriend Pasquale Rotella, uploaded a pic of her belly painted with lips and eyes.
"Hey guys! I took this pic of the baby bump this morning -- smiling just for you!" she captioned the shot. "Hope you're having a great weekend,” she posted.
