Lena Dunham: New Project On the Way

She’s been raising her profile by the day it seems, and Lena Dunham has yet another exciting gig in the works.

The “Girls” creator/star/writer is joining forces with executive producer Jenni Konner to pen a pilot about a personal shopper in New York City.

Dunham and Konner will work from a memoir titled “All Dressed Up and Everywhere to Go” by Betty Halbreich, a former employee of Bergdorf Goodman.

And while the HBO network has not formally announced the project, Dunham has been confirmed to be working on the development stages.
