Tom Hardy: Puppy Love on the “Animal Rescue” Set

We’re used to seeing him roughing up superheroes and slugging it out in cage matches, but Tom Hardy showed off his tender side on the set of “Animal Rescue” yesterday afternoon (March 11).

The “Warrior” hunk snuggled up with a cute pooch pal to stay warm on the outdoor Manhattan set, giving the pup a few kisses as shutterbugs looked on.

According to the synopsis, “Animal Rescue” is a crime drama “centered around a lost pit bull, a wannabe scam artist, and a killing.”

And along with Hardy, the roster also includes stars like “Prometheus” babe Noomi Rapace and “Sopranos” star James Gandolfini.
