Celebrating the importance of print publications, Katie Holmes attended the New York Observer 25th Anniversary Party on Thursday night (March 14).
The 34-year-old actress brought her darling charm to New York City's Four Seasons restaurant, while rocking a sexy black Dolce & Gabbana cocktail dress with strappy heels.
In related news, Miss Holmes is reportedly doing great post-divorce from her ex-husband Tom Cruise.
Tom's "Rock of Ages" director Adam Shankman told Us Weekly, "They are incredibly happy. I've just been emailing with him. He's coming back. He's shooting ["All You Need Is Kill"] in London and seems as happy as a clam. I know he sees his daughter."
"Katie seems really happy. You just fight through all the noise. And it's noisy!" Adam added.
