Lady Gaga Relishes Her Return to the Spotlight, Releases New Song Title
No one loves her fans like Lady Gaga. On her way back to her apartment in New York City Friday (August 23), the “Applause” singer walked slowly through the crowd and was more than happy to pose for photos and give autographs.
Gaga has also just revealed a new song title from her forthcoming album “ARTPOP.” JustJared.com says it’s called “Donatella” and talked to her about it.
“‘Donatella‘ is my love letter to Donatella [Versace],” Mamma Monster says, referring to the Italian fashion designer. “The song is an incredible crazy fun pop song with really raising electronic beats. It’s about being a fearless female and not caring what people say about you – being proud of who you are and walking the walk no matter what.”
The pop superstar says “Donatella” is different than Jay-Z‘s “Tom Ford.” She explains, ”It’s not so much about Donatella as a brand as it is Donatella the person, about me as a person, that idea of what the public wants from you.”
