Zachary Quinto Takes Spock to Canada
Taking his character across the border up North, Zachary Quinto took part in day three of Fan Expo Canada in Toronto on Saturday (August 24).
The actor, who played Spock in “Star Trek Into Darkness,” took questions from the crowd at the event geared towards fans of sci-fi, anime, horror and gaming.
Asked about rumors that he would take a turn in a “Star Wars” film, the 36-year-old replied, “I don’t think that that would be…I think that I would be attacked if I turned up in the Star Wars franchise.”
He continued, “No, I don’t think so. I was just with J.J. Abrams for an extended time in Japan; I imagine if he had any inkling toward that, he would have probably floated out. I don’t think I could do it, I really don’t. I don’t think I would do it.”
