Miley Cyrus Covers Up Post VMAs while More Celebs Support Her Controversial Performance
She was showing practically everything off last Sunday at the MTV Video Music Awards, but on Thursday (August 29) Miley Cyrus suddenly got shy as she spent the day behind closed doors at a friend’s house in Brentwood, California.
Later that same day, the much-scrutinized singer headed to West Hollywood to visit Kat Von D’s tattoo shop, “High Voltage.” No word from Kat about what she thought of Miley’s VMA performance but pretty much everyone else has weighed in—including Donald Trump now!
The real-estate mogul is defending the pop star on Twitter. "Miley, don't let them get you down. They're jealous," Trump said. The Donald captioned the video, "A message for my hotel guest."
Also supporting the 20-year-old: fellow VMA performer Justin Timberlake. During a radio interview on a New York City station, earlier this week, JT said, "I like Miley. I like her a lot. I think, you know, she's young. She's letting everyone know that she's growing up. I just think it's the VMAs. It's not like she did it at the Grammys. Let her do her thing."
